Any privacy incident is reported to the person responsible for the protection of personal information and is recorded in the privacy incident log.

If the Confidentiality Incident presents a risk of serious harm to the Persons concerned, the PEVC Institute will promptly notify them, as well as the Quebec Access to Information Commission.
